A second toss

If something we made arrives broken, short of pieces, or simply wrong for the child it was bought for, there is a way back. The mechanism sits with the partner store that handles our orders, and we stand behind the product.

Returns

Start the return from the order page on the partner store. Their window and their process apply, and they are the ones who can issue the refund. Keep the box if you can; for a counted assortment it is what the count is checked against.

Missing or broken pieces

This one you can bring to us. If a kit arrives with a part missing or a sprayer that will not spray, write to us with the product and what is wrong and we will sort out a replacement part rather than making you return a whole box over one component.

What we guarantee

• The piece count printed on the box and on our card
• That listed parts are present and undamaged
• That electronics work on arrival
• Non-toxic materials and finished edges on everything we make

What is not a fault

Balloons deflating after a few days, batteries running down, and random color assortment differing from the photograph, which is what random means. Our assortment listings say which colors are fixed and which are mixed.
