What we cannot see from here

Anything about a specific order. We do not hold order numbers, payment details, addresses or tracking, because the partner store that lists our products handles all of that. For a parcel that has not arrived or a refund in progress, their order page will know and we genuinely will not.

How long we take

One working day most of the time, two if it arrives on a Friday evening. We read everything.
