Rules of the midway

Plain terms for using this site. They cover the catalog you are reading, not any purchase, which is governed by the terms of the partner store that handles the order.

What this site is

A catalog of nicknack products with descriptions, piece counts, photographs and prices. It takes no payments and holds no accounts.

Prices and availability

Every price shown was read from our live listing on the day this page was built, and the date is in the footer. Prices move. The listing the stamp opens carries the figure that will actually be charged, and that figure wins.

Product information

We write the cards from the specifications we ship against. Manufacturing details change, and where a card and the current listing disagree, trust the listing.

Our content

Text, photographs and the design of this site belong to us. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine. Copying the catalog wholesale is not.

Safety

Age bands and small-parts warnings are printed because they matter. Toys containing small parts are not suitable for children under three, and some of our kits are designed to be used with an adult present.

Changes

We rebuild this site when prices or products change, which means these terms can change too. The current version is always the one on this page.
