Short version: the partner store that lists our products ships them, and their listing page shows the live delivery estimate for your address. This page explains what affects it from our side.

What we control

Whether the stock is there. Our bulk assortments and spinner sets move in seasonal waves, and the pastel spinners go thin in March for the same reason the red and green ones go thin in November. When a line is running low we would rather the card said so than have you find out at checkout.

What they control

• Carrier, dispatch speed and delivery window
• Tracking numbers and delivery notifications
• Shipping cost and any free delivery threshold
• Addresses and regions served

Ordering for a date

If a party or a classroom date is involved, order the week before rather than the weekend before. A 1000-piece assortment is a heavy box, and heavy boxes are the ones that slip a day when a depot is busy.

Open the order on the partner store first. The tracking there is the real position; anything we told you would be a guess.
