What it is
The mechanism is identical to our unicorn kit and the difference is entirely in the casing and the stencil set, which we would rather say plainly than dress up. If a child has strong opinions about dinosaurs, that difference is not small.
A press of the button turns a marker into a spray. Blending is the thing worth learning here — pass one colour lightly over another and the overlap makes a third, which is a more interesting discovery for a six-year-old than any single stencil.
The stencil cards are cartoon shapes, reusable, and thin enough to lie flat without weighting the corners. Inks wash off skin and most fabrics; the sprayer body is sized for a child's grip rather than scaled down from an adult tool.

It was great. My 3 year old granddaughter loved this gift. She is so excited that she likes to paint with or without the stencil.
Kids love this easy to use. The kids had so much fun making cute designs. Great colors with easy clean up. Well worth the money you won’t be disappointed.
My 3 years old son was fascinated by it, despite its girly design (my opinion). Very easy to put together and even easier to use by the children. A lot of fun, and creativity possibly specially with all the included templates that help the kid create great colorful shapes with 0 efforts. 12 colors are included, 3 AA batteries batteries not included.
If you've got an art-inclined kid, this dinosaur airbrush is genuinely fun. You click a marker into the front of the sprayer, press the button, and it blows a fine mist through one of the 13 included stencils — the results actually look airbrushed, which thrills a kid who cares about that kind of thing. Here's what I'll say plainly: it is messy. Overspray goes well outside the stencil edges, color mist lands on whatever's nearby, and ink bleeds through thin paper. We learned this the hands-on way. The good news — and this is the most important spec — the markers are genuinely washable. Skin, table, floors: it came up. You just have to wipe down promptly and set reasonable expectations going in. Old clothes are smart. Two practical notes before you buy: batteries aren't included and the compartment requires a small screwdriver to open, so have one ready before handing it to a kid. Also reinforce keeping the marker caps on between sessions or they'll dry out. For a creative kid who wants to feel like a real artist, this is a satisfying $20. Not for a tiny apartment with no covered workspace — but for an art-inclined kid with a protected table? Good choice.
Great product for kiddos to play with and widen the creativity levels. Airbrush spray is really awesome comes with 12 PC color set and 13 reusable stencils. Just tug the color of choice & boom, you are all set to go. Airbrush do requires batteries, which makes it cordless & gives freehand. Worth every penny spent!
This is a clever idea and would be a blast for our 7 year old granddaughter. However, it splatters too much and isn't consistent. I put in brand new batteries so I know that's not the issue. The instructions say not to spray too close to the paper, but as you can see in our video and in their video, you need to get fairly close to get it to show up through the stencils. It does work (see the blue cat) but it takes a while and it sprays all around it. Double check their video and you can see how it bleeds/sprays over so you have to cover every part of the paper if you are doing other colors or want a clean stencil. With that said, this is definitely NOT for any children or grandchildren, adults who are OCD. It will drive them (and their grandpa) nuts!!! I'm truly bummed as I was hoping it would be such a great product. The other biggest downfall is that you can't buy replacement markers. I double-checked their home page and searched on line, but I couldn't find any replacements. I did try some other watercolor brush markers in it and it didn't work. So, this is basically a one and done once the markers are used up. What a waste for the environment and an additional frustration if the child loves it! If you want some expensive stencils that are cute, this might be for you..... Unfortunately, I can't endorse this product in good faith.
